Peak Season:

• All School Holidays
• Public holidays: Australia day, ANZAC Day, Labour Day, Kings Birthday, Ski Race, ALF Grand final Melbourne Cup.
• Christmas Holidays: 26^th of December to the 2^nd of January is a minimum 7 day stay. Under 7 days, will be placed in the overflow.

Peak‑Period Cancellation Policy

Dear Guests,

Please find our updated Peak Period Cancellation Policy below. This policy applies to all bookings during public holidays, school holidays, local events, and other high‑demand dates.

More than 30 days before arrival:

• Full refund minus a $50 administration fee,

15–30 days before arrival:

• 50% refund of the total booking amount,

14 days or less before arrival:

• No refund

No‑shows or early departures:

• No refund or credit

Deposits and Payments:

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all peak‑period stays.
• Unpaid bookings may be cancelled without notice.

Date Changes:

• One free date change is available if requested more than 30 days before arrival.
• A admin fee of $50 will be applied

Special Circumstances:

• If the park must cancel due to safety, weather, or operational issues, guests may choose a full refund or a credit valid for 12 months.
• Personal circumstances do not automatically qualify for refunds.

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via email or text.
